Delivery:
UK Mainland (England,Scotland & Wales). Our method of despatch is by DHL. Delivery times are 1 to 3 days from date of despatch from our warehouse . Our despatch times are within 8 working days (not including Saturday or Sunday) although we try to despatch our good within 3/4 working days of receiving your order. We will email you with the date of despatch.
All goods sent via DHL will require a signature on delivery .

Delivery Promise:
Customers will be given a despatch date for their goods by email/telephone providing a contact telephone number or email address is given on purchase. Delivery dates are given in good faith and will be adhered to as far as is possible, however, no liability will be accepted for subsequent unforeseen delays.
Goods:
All goods are quality checked before despatch. Goods are offered ex-stock and are subject to being unsold on receipt of confirmation of order. Some Items will be despatched direct from Manufacturers.
Examination on Delivery:
In the remote event of damage to parcels in transit it is essential for the receiver sign the delivery note ‘Goods un-examined' or 'Parcel Damaged’ and to examine the Item at once advising the carrier (DHL) and Cyclenet UK Limited of any shortage or damage within 24 hours. Items delivered direct by Cyclenet UK Limited will be quality checked before despatch by our own transport.
Non Delivery:
Customers are requested to advise Cyclenet UK Limited of non delivery of goods if they are not received within 4 days of notice of despatch (despatch date will be given via email when the items are despatched); failing which no claims for shortages or damage can be entertained. We will always check Proof of Delivery & Tracing FOC.
Returns:
Returns for 'Damaged Goods' only are allowed on normal stock lines with a ‘Returns Authorisation Number’ which must be obtained from Cyclenet UK Limited before ANY GOODS can be returned.
Any returns for reasons other than damaged goods will be at the cost of the Customer having first recieved agreement from Cyclenet UK Limited for the return. Cost of any futher despatched goods as a result of a returned item will be charged to the Customer.
Customers must contact Cyclenet UK Limited on 0116-259-2787 quoting the invoice number or DHL delivery number and state the reason for the return.. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the goods are correctly packaged for return and that the return reference number is written on to the carton. Credit is at our discretion and will not be given for used or out of warranty items.
