Shipping & Returns

Delivery:
UK Mainland (England,Scotland  & Wales). Our method of dispatch is by PARCEL FORCE. Delivery times are  1 to 3 days from date of despatch  from our warehouse . Our despatch times are within 8 working days (not including Saturday or Sunday)  although we try to dispatch our good within 3/4 working days of receiving your order.  We will email you with the date of dispatch. 

Orders dispatched to EU / USA are shipped by PARCEL FORCE GLOBAL EXPRESS. /DHL or UPS

Please provide a contact telephone number when ordering. ( Mandatory for all EU / USA Deliveries)

All goods sent via PARCEL FORCE will require a signature on delivery .

We  provide Free of Charge Parcel Tracking & Trace on request.

Shipping / Consignment Tracking Codes will automatically be emailed to EU / USA customers.

Please note: Due to Health & Safety , personal collections from our warehouse is not available.

Delivery Promise:
Customers will  be given a dispatch date for their goods by email/telephone.  Please provide a contact telephone number.  ( Mandatory for all EU/USA Deliveries) All deliveries/shipping will be adhered  to as far as is reasonbly possible, however, no liability will be accepted for subsequent unforeseen delays.

Goods:
All goods are quality checked before dispatch. Goods are offered ex-stock and are subject to being unsold on receipt of confirmation of order. Some Items will be dispatched direct from Manufacturers.

Examination on Delivery:
In the remote event of damage to parcels in transit it is essential for the receiver sign the delivery note Goods un-examined' or 'Parcel Damaged’ and to examine the Item at once advising the carrier (PARCEL FORCE) and Cyclenet UK Limited of any shortage or damage within 24 hours.

Items delivered direct by Cyclenet UK Limited will be quality checked before dispatch by our own transport.

Non Delivery:
Customers are requested to advise Cyclenet UK Limited of non delivery of goods, if goods are not received within 4 days of notice of dispatch (dispatch date will be given via email when the items are dispatched); failing which no claims for shortages or damage can be entertained. We will always check Proof of Delivery & Tracing FOC.

Returns Policy

Goods may be returned within 10 days They must be unused and in resalable condition. The removing of tags signifies that the item has been used.
2) They are returned undamaged in their original manufacturer packaging along with the packaging we used to send the item to you. We reserve the right to charge for the replacement of damaged packaging.
3) You contact us by phone or email (sales@cyclenet-uk.com) notifying us that an item is to be returned

Please Note

The industry standard is that helmets are non-refundable, this is because they are a safety device and it is in place to protect the consumer. However, if a helmet has no sign what so ever of usage, i.e boxed, tags still on, label on visor then we will process a refund once returned.

You are responsible for returning the item therefore purchase adequate insurance that covers the cost of the item along with recorded delivery. Cyclenet UK Limited takes no responsibility for any items that are not packaged suitably and are damaged in transit. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed and cleared.

In the case of refunds the Company Reserve the right to Surcharge returned items up to 25% plus all carriage charges.



For faulty items please contact us prior to returning so we can confirm the fault. It is important that you check the item prior to signing for it to confirm there is no damage to it. Damaged items should not be signed for. Please contact us within 24hours of receiving any damaged items on :-

Returns for 'Damaged Goods' are only are allowed on normal stock lines with a ‘Returns Authorisation Number’ which must be obtained from Cyclenet UK Limited before ANY GOODS can be returned.

Any returns for reasons other than damaged goods will be at the cost of the Customer having first recieved agreement from Cyclenet UK Limited for the return.  Cost of any futher dispatched goods as a result of a returned item will be charged to the Customer.

Customers must contact Cyclenet UK Limited on 0116-259-2787 quoting the invoice number or PARCEL FORCE delivery number and state the reason for the return.. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the goods are correctly packaged for return and that the return reference number is written on to the carton. Credit is at our discretion and will not be given for used or out of warranty items.
