Prices:
Goods will be invoiced at prices ruling at date of despatch and Cyclenet UK Limited reserve the right to amend these prices without notice if necessary. Prices are shown in £’s Stirling. Buyers wishing to pay in Euro’s/ $, please contact Cyclenet UK Limited, for price quotation which will be based on the price of the Euro/ $ /Pound appertaining on the day of quotation.
Goods:
All goods are quality checked before despatch. Goods are offered ex-stock and are subject to being unsold on receipt of confirmation of order. Some Items will be despatched direct from Manufacturers.
Liability for defective goods:
All items purchased from Cyclenet UK Limited come with a 1 year manufacturer guarantee. We will be happy to send you either an identical replacement or an equivalent product.
Cyclenet UK Limited cannot accept liability for any consequential or incidental damages or for any other indirect, special or punitive damages that arise out of or are related to the purchase or use of any our products
In the event of any Item/Goods supplied prove defective in material or workmanship we will within a reasonable time (Warranty excluded) undertake to replace or repair the Goods/Item FOC: which shall be the limit of our responsibility. We do not accept liability for any costs, direct or indirect, arising from such defective goods/Items.
Application:
Other than defective goods as listed above, no liability is accepted for subsequent fitting and / or application of goods supplied.
Specifications:
In accordance with our policy of constant improvement and/or compliance with regulations, Cyclenet UK Limited reserve the right to alter / modify or amend specifications of any Items / goods without notice on any of our products.
Returns Policy | ||
Goods may be returned within 10 days They must be unused and in resalable condition. The removing of tags signifies that the item has been used. Please Note The industry standard is that helmets are non-refundable, this is because they are a safety device and it is in place to protect the consumer. However, we take a different view, if a helmet has no sign what so ever of usage, i.e boxed, tags still on, label on visor then we will process a refund once returned. You are responsible for returning the item therefore purchase adequate insurance that covers the cost of the item along with recorded delivery. Cyclenet UK Limited takes no responsibility for any items that are not packaged suitably and are damaged in transit. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed and cleared.
